Corporate travel is ripe for change. Traditional systems leave corporations entangled in reconciliation challenges and intermediaries, while travel providers struggle with indirect customer access and idle inventory. This stagnation is rooted in outdated technology, largely unchanged since the 1960s — when American Airlines hired IBM to build Sabre.

In his 20 years within the global travel ecosystem, Michael co-founded SeaGate Advanced Travel/HRG North America. Now a managing partner at Travel Leaders NEXT, Michael leverages his deep industry knowledge and connections in his role as Co-CEO at Blockskye.

Brook Armstrong

Co-CEO, Co-Founder

Brook combines a 19-year background in startups and venture capital with a decade in travel, as a partner at Travel Leaders NEXT. At Blockskye, he's driving blockchain solutions in travel, addressing industry frictions and cost challenges with his extensive experience and passion.

Dave Zitur

Chief Operating Officer

Dave's diverse background includes roles as COO and CIO at Travel Leaders Group and various positions at Carlson Companies. With a strong foundation in finance, IT, and customer service from his time at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Dave brings comprehensive operational and technological expertise to Blockskye.

Shawn Torres

Chief Technology Officer

Shawn joins Blockskye with 10 years of experience in the airline, travel, ecommerce, consumer goods and retail industries. Prior to Blockskye, he led application development for United Airlines distribution team. He has led technical teams and served in various roles at Groupon, Inc. and OfficeMax.

Alex Brewster

Director of Suppliers and Reporting

Alex joins Blockskye from Ally Financial where he managed multiple facets of the bank’s marketing and PR sourcing strategy. Prior to his role at Ally, he worked at PwC with their travel technology and payment partners. With procurement and supplier management experience across a multitude of categories, Alex brings a unique skillset to the team.

Vice President of Agency Services

Barbara's extensive 20-year journey in travel and payments includes pivotal roles at American Express and Amex GBT. Her expertise spans team leadership, global implementations, and managing fintech partnerships. At Blockskye, she applies her extensive travel industry experience and knowledge with a focus on innovation.

Christy Craig

Vice President of Agency Operations

Christy brings to the team over 20 years of industry experience including various service, operations and leadership roles at USAirways, Travelocity, and most recently as Senior Director at Travel Leaders Corporate. With sharp focus on engagement, collaboration and innovation, Christy has a proven record of building and leading cross-functional and high-performing teams to deliver customer satisfaction and drive results.

Michelle Dixon

Vice President of Client Services

Michelle brings 25 years of travel industry experience, with expertise in managing large global customers. She prides herself on building long-lasting trusted relationships as well as partnering with her clients for success. She builds her Client Services foundation on Trust, Flexibility, Collaboration and Responsiveness.
